I've been doing Barre with Gina and I love it. I have never done anything like it and its absolutely amazing. I'm an athlete and have done workout classes, workout videos, 5K training and worked out on my own and this class brings amazing diversity to my workout plan. What I love is the way Gina teaches, she has many levels for each exercise and even the challenge if you are ready. She is very aware of your past injuries and will communicate modifications if you have trouble with your knees, shoulders, etc. The classes are fun, and great for all ages and athletic ability. I was fortunate enough to go to one of Gina's barre classes while I was home for break from college. I attend barre regularly at school and was pleasantly surprised to how sore I was the next day from Gina's class. It was a great class lead by an awesome instructor.
