What Makes G Fitness different from other personal trainers?
I help people become stronger, move better, reduce anxiety and pain with private brain-based strength training.
My clients include regular fitness enthusiasts, marathon runners, fitness instructors and trainers, new mamas and women brand new to fitness, as well as those who have suffered past injuries, depression, trauma, autoimmune diseases and cancer. I use my strength training, kickboxing, and Z-Health education to help women become stronger and empowered.
My methods of personal training appeal to clients that attend multiple sessions per week, as well as athletes and those that need attention to chronic pain, limited ranges of motion and poor balance to use in conjunction with their own training outside of my studio.
This personalized approach allows for me to truly customize training programs to each client, focusing on their mind, body, and heart.
Beginning with a free 20-minute consultation, we connect to see if this is the right fit for you.
Next step is to book our initial assessment session. This session will include an extensive history intake, assessments, mobility, balance and a workout. At this time, we will decide what program works best for you and calendar plan for future sessions together.
Once the initial assessment session is complete, we dive into our four-week programming. Each program consists of workout plans, mobility, breath work, nutrition coaching and goal planning, as well as finding ways to overcome obstacles that may be hindering your progress. We revisit goals throughout our program to make sure our plan is beneficial to you.
